Refund Policy

Refunds associated with events, services, and purchases connected to Diamond In Jax are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the specific terms, agreements, and policies applicable to each event or service. Any refunds issued are granted at the discretion of Diamond In Jax.

 

General Policy -

  • Refund eligibility, amounts, and timelines are not guaranteed and may vary by event, service, or agreement.

  • Refund determinations are governed by the written terms disclosed at the time of purchase or booking, including but not limited to:

    • Signed contracts or service agreements

    • Event-specific terms and conditions

    • Third-party ticketing platform policies

Deposits & Retainers -

  • Deposits made for events or services may include a non-refundable retainer portion.

  • Unless otherwise stated in writing, 50% of the deposit is considered a non-refundable retainer, securing the date, talent, and resources.

  • Any remaining deposit or balance may be refundable only as outlined in the applicable contract or agreement.

  • All refund considerations related to deposits are subject to the terms agreed upon in writing.

​Ticketed Events -

  • Ticketed events are often sold through third-party platforms such as Eventbrite.

  • All refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and transfers for ticketed events follow the refund and cancellation policies listed on the individual event page and the ticketing platform’s terms.

  • Diamond In Jax does not control or override third-party ticketing platform policies.

 

Client, Partner & Venue-Guided Events -

  • Some events are produced or managed by Diamond In Jax on behalf of clients, venues, or partners.

  • Refund policies for these events are established by the hosting entity and may differ from Diamond In Jax–produced events.

  • Applicable refund guidelines will be disclosed at the time of purchase or booking.

 

​Event Changes or Cancellations -

  • Event details including dates, venues, talent, schedules, and programming are subject to change.

  • Changes or cancellations do not automatically entitle purchasers to a refund unless explicitly stated in writing under the governing agreement or event policy.

  • Alternative accommodations such as credits, transfers, or rescheduled dates may be offered at Diamond In Jax’s discretion.

No-Show Policy - 

  • Failure to attend an event or be present for a scheduled service does not qualify for a refund.
